Ad-hoc Support

Ad-hoc support is charged at £30 per hour. I track my time and round up or down to the nearest 15 minutes. I send a time report with your invoice at the end of each month so that you can see a full breakdown. This is ideal if you need occasional tasks completing.

Monthly packages

If you require ongoing support (with tasks which need completing every week or month for example), and you know you'd like a set number of hours per month, a retainer is the perfect solution. Hours are paid for in advance which secures my availability for the month. I track my time and let you know if you near your limit so that you don't have to worry about spiraling costs, and extra hours can always be added if needed.
